Faith
I can picture a boat on a river
A man with a hat
Who looked like the captain
Singing a sea shanty
To a crowd of people
Who were walking on water
I sat on the bank
Thinking this is amusing
To see such a sight on a Sunday morning
The captain he noticed the man on the bank
He started to sing an old song
Dance to my mother, dance to my father
Sing to my mother, sing to my father
Sing to the crowd, everybody sing
Then he cried out
Come across the water
Tread it like a path
Sail away with the captain
We will travel east, toward the rising sun
Have faith in yourself
Become like a feather upone the water
My heart became a stone
I was weak with lack of faith
The captain sang, heavy is a heart
With no faith
The ship disappeared, so did my faith
