Gratitude Dance
This is the gratitude dance. Be grateful and have some fun.
Every morning when you wake up, follow this three step process:
#1. Write down what you’re grateful for at that moment.
#2. Watch the Video
#3. DO THE DANCE!
Spread the dance to everyone you know and care about.
I’m so happy and grateful for…

Annabel Lee
Image by microcinema.international via FlickrIt was many and many a year ago,
In a kingdom by the sea,
That a maiden there lived whom you may know
By the name of ANNABEL LEE;
And this maiden she lived with no other thought
Than to love and be loved by me.
I was a child and she was a child,
In this kingdom by the sea;
But we loved with a love that was more than love-
I and my Annabel Lee;
With a love that the winged seraphs of heaven
Coveted her and me.

Scientist Wants Houses Made Of Chicken Feathers
A Filipino scientist says he has created a new composite building board made of chicken feathers that could be a major breakthrough for the construction industry in Asia.
The new material would be resistant to the region’s armies of termites, and could also solve a major environment problem in the Philippines by providing a way to dispose of millions of kilos of waste feathers each year.
The research done by University of the Philippines professor Menandro Acda is being heralded as economically and environmentally sound.
Jonathan Kang: Conservation Hero
Limbe Wildlife Centre caretaker Jonathan Kang, who overcame a lack of formal education growing up in his native Cameroon to become one of Africa’s top primate experts, has recently been selected as a Disney Conservation Hero. The programme rewards the dedication of individuals who, often at the risk of personal safety, work tirelessly to save animals, protect habitat and educate surrounding communities.
Life Is But A Dream
Boat, beneath a sunny sky
Lingering onward dreamily
In an evening of July–
Children three that nestle near,
Eager eye and willing ear,
Pleased a simple tale to hear–
Long has paled that sunny sky;
Echoes fade and memories die;
Autumn frosts have slain July.
Still she haunts me, phantomwise,
Alice moving under skies
Never seen by waking eyes.
Children yet, the tale to hear,
Eager eye and willing ear,
Lovingly shall nestle near.
In a Wonderland they lie,
Dreaming as the days go by,
Dreaming as the summers die;
Poor
Being broke is a temporary situation. Being poor is a state of mind.

Box Full Of Kisses
“What are you doing with that roll of gold wrapping paper?” screamed the father at his 3 year old daughter. He was tired after putting in extra hours on Christmas eve so he could earn a little extra. Money was tight and even a roll of gold wrapping paper meant money.
“Daddy, I’m wrapping…” the young girl, sitting under the Christmas tree and holding a half decorated box, started to explain.
“I don’t care what you’re doing! You’re wasting those wrapping papers. Go to your bed now!”
“But daddy…”
“Go!”
