A son and his father were walking on the mountains.

Suddenly, the son fell, hurt himself and screamed, “AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!!” To his surprise, he heard a voice repeating somewhere in the mountain: “AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!!”

Curious, he yelled, “Who are you?” He received the answer, “Who are you?”

And then he screamed to the mountain, “I admire you!” The voice answered, “I admire you!”

Angered at the voice kept on repeating what he said, the son screamed, “Coward!” He received the answer, “Coward!”

He looked to his father and asked, “What’s going on?”

Welcoming new twins into the world is always a momentous event.

But twins Ryan and Leo Gerth had an extra surprise for their parents—they were born with different colored skin: black and white. Doctors say it is an extremely rare occurrence, but it is possible if genes combine in a certain way. Experts say pairs of black and white twins are so rare they only occur in one in a MILLION births.

The twin boys, Ryan and Leo, born in Germany’s town of Lichtenberg, are the offspring of a mixed-race couple. Born to a Ghanaian mother and a German father, Ryan is white and Leo is black. Mum, Florence, 35, hails from Ghana in western Africa and dad, Stephan, 40, from Potsdam in Germany.

One day a father and his rich family took his son on a trip to the country with the firm purpose to show him how poor people can be. They spent a day and a night on the farm of a very poor family.

When they got back from their trip, the father asked his son, “How was the trip?”

“Very good Dad!”

“Did you see how poor people can be?” the father asked.

“Yeah!”

“And what did you learn?”

Tom was a 9-year old boy. He had a temper so bad that even boys much older than him were afraid of him.

Tom’s father was very concerned. He kept thinking of how to help Tom correct his behavior. One day, he gave Tom a bag of nails.

“What’s the nails for?” Tom asked in puzzlement.

“Son, let’s play a little game,” his father said. “From now on, every time you lose your temper, go hammer a nail in the back fence.”

“Oh, a game!” Tom was delighted that his dad wanted to play with him and took the bag of nails happily.
